Tip Top Tots....

is an in home day care located near Mankato Clinic on Main Street in Mankato, MN. We (Kristen and Dalton) have a C3 childcare license through Blue Earth County. We participate in the Providers Choice food program, which ensures your child is meeting the guidelines for nutritional meals and snacks. 

 

We are members of Caring and Sharing Childcare Association and are being do become a member of Parent Aware.

 

We offer a full daycare and preschool program to all attending through play based learning.

 

We were college roommates and friends who love working with children and are excited for our daycare adventure.

Kristen...

I grew up in the Hutchinson, MN area. Here I spent much of my time in the country with a large extended family. I moved to Mankato to attend college at Bethany Lutheran. After graduating college I worked as a substitute teacher for Kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as in a daycare center in Hutchinson, Minnesota. During this time, I was also the youth director at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Hutch. I have always loved and cherish the time I get to spend with children, and encourage their growth through childhood.

Dalton...

 I grew up near Vesta, MN. I grew up on a dairy farm with my parents and three siblings. Being the oldest, I often helped out with my siblings and assumed responsibility on the family farm. I am very close to my family and my extended family. I attended Bethany Lutheran College for three years, and Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) for two years. I graduated with degrees in Elementary Education, and Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. After graduating from college, I worked as a substitute teacher at the Early Childhood and Elementary level. This included a long term substitute position for an Early Childhood Special Education teacher. I also worked as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for a boy with special needs during and after college. I have a passion for working with children and being apart of their growth and development.
